Developer in its obligations under this Agreement as provided in Section 3 of the <br />Addendum to contract, FTA Contract Requirements, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein as Exhibit <br />13.2 Owner may terminate this Agreement for convenience as provided in Exhibit , <br />referenced above. <br />1.3.3 This Agreement shall terminate automatically on the Completion Date (as defined <br />in paragraph 2.3). <br />SECTION 2 <br />The terms defined in this Section shall, for all purposes of this Agreement, have the <br />meanings herein specified, unless the context otherwise requires: <br />2.1 The term "Project Budget" shall mean budget of expenditures relating to the <br />Project prepared by Developer, and accepted by Owner. <br />2.2 The term "Applicable Law" shall mean all governmental laws, ordinances, rules, <br />regulations, requirements, or restrictions imposed by the United States, the State <br />of Oregon, the County of, the City of or any other jurisdiction, which as a matter <br />of law, aze applicable to the Project, this Agreement, Developer, Owner, or the <br />parties' conduct under this Agreement, including but not limited to the FTA <br />Contract Requirements, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit <br />
