BYLAWS <br />OF <br />COURTHOUSE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM <br />Exhibit "B" to <br />Courthouse Square Condominium Declaration <br />ARTICLE I <br />PLAN OF UNIT OWNERSHIP <br />1. UNIT OWNERSHIP. The Condominium, located in Marion <br />County, Oregon, known as the Courthouse Square Condominium, is <br />submitted to the provisions of the Oregon Revised Statutes, Section <br />100.005 et sec., the Oregon Condominium Act. <br />2. BYLAWS APPLICABILITY. The provisions of these Bylaws are <br />applicable to the Condominium, the owners' association and the <br />entire management structure thereof. (The term "Condominium" as <br />used herein shall include the land). <br />3. PERSONAL APPLICATION. All present or future owners, <br />~ tenants, future tenants or their employees, or any other person who <br />might use the facilities of the Condominium in any manner, are <br />subject to the regulations set forth in these Bylaws. The <br />acquisition, occupancy or rental of any of the units of the <br />Condominium or the mere act of occupancy of any such units will <br />constitute acceptance and ratification of these Bylaws and <br />agreement to comply with all the provisions hereof. <br />4. DEFINITIONS. Except as otherwise provided below, the <br />terms herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Oregon <br />Condominium Act, ORS 100.005 et sec., as supplemented by the <br />Declaration, and said statute and definitions are incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br />~, ARTICLE II <br />ASSOCIATION r~MBERSHIP, VOTING, <br />MA~TORITY OF OWNERS, 4UORUM, PROXIES <br />1. MEMBERSHIP IN THE ASSOCIATION. Upon recordation of a <br />conveyance or contract to convey a unit, the grantee or purchaser <br />named in such conveyance or contract shall automatically be a <br />member of the Association, and shall remain a member of the <br />Association until such person's ownership ceases for any reason. <br />For all purposes of the Condominium Declaration ("Declaration"), <br />~ and the administration of the property, unit ownership shall be <br />~ BYLAWS OF COURTHOUSE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM <br />PAGE - 1 <br />
