', 3~ Whenever moneys are to be applied pursuant to this Section 202(C), sucl~ moneys shall be 32 applied at such times, and from time to time, as the Trustee shall determme, havin due regard to the 33 amount of such moneys available for application, the likelihood of additional oneys becoming 34 available for such application in the future and potential expenses relating to t e exercise of any 35 remedy or right conferred on the Trustee by the Agreement. Whenever the Truste shall apply such 36 moneys, it shall fix the date upon which such application is to be made, and upon uch date interest 37 on the amounts of principal to be paid on such date shall cease to accrue. The Trus ee shall give such 38 notice as it may deem appropriate of the deposit with it of any such moneys and o the fixing of any 39 such date, and (except as may be otherwise required with respect to Certificates su ject to the Book- 4o Entry System) shall not be required to make payment to the holder of any Ce ificate until such 41 Certificate shall be presented to the Trustee for appropriate endorsement or for c ncellation if fully 42 paid. , 43 II ~ ~ PAGE 7 FINANCING AND TRUST AGREEMENT 'i
