~a ARTICLE IX I 2 MISCELLANEOUS AGREEMENT PROVISION 3 4 SECTION 901. LIMITATION OF RIGHTS. The Agreement shall be for the so e and exclusive 5 benefit of the Owners, the Trustee, the Insurer and the County. With the exception of rights herein 6 expressly conferred, nothing expressed in or to be implied from the Agreement or the Certificates 7 is intended or shall be construed to give to any person other than the parties hereto, he Owners and 8 the County any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect to the greement. 9 ~ lo SECTION 902. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of the Agreement is held o be in conflict 11 with any applicable statute or rule of law or is otherwise held to be unenforceabl for any reason 12 whatsoever, such circumstances shall not have the effect of rendering the provi ion in question ~3 inoperative or unenforceable in any other case or circumstance, or of rendering any other provision 14 or provisions herein contained invalid, inoperative or unenforceable to any extent hatsoever. 15 16 17 18 19 20 ~1 2 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 38 39 40 41 The invalidity of any portion of the Agreement shall not affect any or all portions of the Agreement. SECTION 903. NOTICES. All notices or other communications hereunder sha given and shall be deemed given on the date shown as delivered when mailed 1 certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested addressed to the County, other Credit Provider and the Trustee, as the case may be, at the addresses for each or when personally served to the above at their respective addresses.
