~a ARTICLE IX I <br />2 MISCELLANEOUS AGREEMENT PROVISION <br />3 <br />4 SECTION 901. LIMITATION OF RIGHTS. The Agreement shall be for the so e and exclusive <br />5 benefit of the Owners, the Trustee, the Insurer and the County. With the exception of rights herein <br />6 expressly conferred, nothing expressed in or to be implied from the Agreement or the Certificates <br />7 is intended or shall be construed to give to any person other than the parties hereto, he Owners and <br />8 the County any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect to the greement. <br />9 ~ <br />lo SECTION 902. SEVERABILITY. NOTICES. All notices or other communications hereunder sha <br />given and shall be deemed given on the date shown as delivered when mailed 1 <br />certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested addressed to the County, <br />other Credit Provider and the Trustee, as the case may be, at the addresses for each <br />or when personally served to the above at their respective addresses. A duplicate cc <br />notice or other communication given hereunder to the Owners, the County, the In <br />Credit Provider and the Trustee, as the case may be, shall also be given to the othe~ <br />the Insurer, any other Credit Provider and the Trustee, as the case may be, may <br />hereunder designate any further or different addresses to which subsequent r <br />communications hereunder shall be sent.
