Mark has very broad <br />experience and I value his input in all matters of importance as he does <br />mine. <br />In terms of our respective areas of focus, my role is to take the lead on <br />the financing side and Mark has demonstrated his skills in financial <br />modeling. In addition he has particularly good relations with the bond <br />rating agencies as a result of his sports arena and stadium experience. <br />Specifically, my role will be to assist the County in preparing for the <br />sale, interfacing with the underwriter and facilitating the Financing <br />Working Groups activities. I will backstop Mark on the analytical side, as <br />I have up to this point. <br />In addition to his analytical contribution, Mark's contacts with the rating <br />agencies will be useful in fostering a constructive dialogue before any <br />rating decisions are made. This will provide guidance to the Working <br />Group in terms of assuring the most favorable rating possible.
