From: "Scott Clements" <~lem~easystreet.com>
To: "Randy Curtis" <RCurtis~open.org>
Date: 8/4/98 10:25am
Subject: Discussion re Permits and Easements
Randy,
I relayed our conversation regarding the potential need for an easement
from the City to accommodate the footings of Ch2 and the permit
requirements to utilize air rights for the window construction. Ed
concurred with my thoughts that as long as you are in a process that will
lead to the timely granting there is no issue from a financing standpoint.
If, as we get down the line there appears to be some uncertainty as to the
outcome we may suggest developing a"Plan B" to fall back on.
Since Prudential will be at the meeting on the 10th, it might be well to
air this subject at that time. In that vein, it would be advisable to have
Ed at the meeting on the 10th in that this will be the initial gathering of
the new financing team. He has not been invited as yet, might we do so?
CC: "Ed Einowski" <eeinowski~stoel.com>
