~~, 199s <br />Mr. David Hartwig, Manager <br />Marion County Risk Management <br />100 High Street NE <br />Salem, OR 97301 <br />RE: Sewer Laterals Abandonment Completion <br />Courthouse Square Derriolition Project <br />Dear David: <br />The purpose of this letter is to advise you that Gelco Construction abandoned the sewer laterals <br />on the Courthouse Square project The work took place on December 29, 1997 from 6:00 PM <br />until approximately 2:00 AM Gelco chemically grouted/sealed all seventeen (17) 4"-6" service <br />laterals connected to the 4001iner foot section of 10" diameter sanitary sewer mainline identified <br />on the subject property. Please see the attachment entitled Pipeline Joint Internal Testing and <br />Sealing report prepared by Gelco Services, Inc.
