As per contract section number 11 °The <br />contractor sha11 provide a11 job documentation to Owner or his Agent within 10 calendar days of job <br />completion. No certificate of completion or final payment sha11 be made until a11 required job <br />documentation is received." All requests for payment have been submitted to Marion County by <br />Staton Companies for their work on the Courthouse Square demolition project, including the request <br />for release of total accrued retainages. <br />This letter represents the certificate of completion for Staton Companies. Century West Engineering <br />has received and reviewed all required documentation. Staton Companies completed the Courthouse <br />Square project with a total of 91.5% of a11 demolition waste recycled. Additionally, Staton Companies <br />received a total of $39,975.14 for salvaged materials, below the $40,000 profit split cutoff. Staton <br />Companies appears to have met a11 contract and submittal requirements and final payment is hereby <br />recommended. Century West will be forwarding a11 contract required documentation received from <br />Staton Companies under separate cover. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to present this information to you and Marion County.
