It shauld includz xhings like: The MBIA ir~s~rance premium; <br />the fees and exper~ses of Scott Clelnents, S10e1 RiveS (I'll give you a figure next week} and oth~r <br />pr~tessionala who are requirec3 i~ be paid a~ closzng; the Trus~ee's ini~ial Pees; rating ag~ncy fees <br />(if you have invoices for thein by the closing date); the titlz insurance policy gremium; and any <br />other Project costs (including costs of issuance) that the Counry wants co pay to third parties on <br />the closin~ d~te. <br />I have completed portions of Exhibit A based on the infotznation I have to date. The rest <br />should be conipieted by Billy or his staff. The ul~ormation needed for each item is: (1) the Payee <br />and payment instructions (e.g., if the payee wants to be paid by wire transfer, then wire <br />instre~c~ians shuuld be provided - bank ~.tne, aBA number and Account number; other~wise, the <br />payee's address shoqld be provided so thaF the Trust~~ can mail a check post-closing); (2) th~ <br />purpose of the gayment (simple description); and {3} the amount.
