The documentation available to us from Dan Berrey who <br />began the claim process with the VanderMay firm does not indicate any <br />agreement as to the understanding of the definition or identification of real <br />property that would be left behind. <br />The real property appraisal performed by Gillespie Appraisal Services indicates <br />personal property, fi~.ures or intangible items are not included in the appraisal <br />because it was not assigned by Ma.rion County. <br />Can you confirm the payment of $5,933.33 as acquisition costs are due and <br />payable to The VanderMay Law Firm? <br />Thank you for your attention to this matter. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~. <br />Elyn M.
