OTHER MATTERS PERTAINING TO THE CERTIFICATES. <br />14 (A) DENOMiNAT10NS, NUMBER[NG AND DATING. The Certificates shall be issued in <br />~ ~ Authorized Denominations. Unless otherwise provided for in the Supplemental Agreement <br />l6 authorizing particular Additional Certificates, each Additional Certificate shall be dated the first day <br />l 7 of the month in which such Additional Certificates are originally issued. Each Certiticate also shall <br />I 8 bear its date of authentication as noted thereon by the Trustee and shall be numbered consecutively <br />i 9 in the order in ~~-hich it is authenticated by the Trustee. <br />20 <br />'-~ (B) INTEREST ACCRUAL. Each Certificate shall bear interest from the Certificate Payment <br />22 Date to which interest has been paid next preceding the date of its authentication, unless the date of <br />23 its authentication: <br />~q <br />?~ (i) is a Certificate Payment Date to which interest on such Certificate has been paid, <br />?6 in which event such Certificate shall bear interest from its date of authentication; or <br />~~ <br />?g (ii) is prior to the first Certificate Payment Date for the Certificate, in which event, <br />?9 such Certificate shall bear interest from its date. <br />30 <br />>> (C) PAYMENT OF INTEREST; PAYMENTS DUE ON HOLIDAYS. Interest on the 1998 <br />32 Certificates shall be due and payable semiannually on each Interest Payment Date. Interest on any <br />33 series of Additional Certificates shall be paid on the dates specified therefor in the Supplemental <br />34 Agreement pursuant to which such Additional Certificates are issued. Whenever a payment of <br />35 principal of, premium (if any) or interest on a Certificate is due on a day which is not a Business <br />36 Day, such payment shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and <br />37 effect as if made on the stated due date. <br />FiNANCING AND TRUST AGREE~~IENT P~cE 11 <br />
