1 By executing and delivering a Supplemental Agreement (whether or not in connection with 3 the issuance of a series of Additional Certificates), the Colinty may establish with the Trustee such 3 other fiinds as it may determine are necessary or appropriate. 4 5 On the date of execution and delivery of the 1998 Certificates, the net proceeds derived from 6 the sale thereof shall be delivered to the Trustee and applied as follows: 7 8 (a) An amount equal to the accnied interest paid by the initial purchasers of the 1998 9 Certificates shall be deposited into the 1998 Debt Service Account of the Certificate Payment 10 Fund; and -~ l2 (b) The balance of the net proceeds of the 1998 Certificates shall be deposited into 13 the Project Fund. ~~ 15 The proceeds derived from the issuance and sale of a series of Additional Certificates shall i 6 be applied in such manner as shall be specified in the Supplemental Agreement authorizing the i 7 issuance of such series of Additional Certificates. is 19 SECTION 402. USE AND APPLICATION OF THE PROJECT FUND. 20 2I (.a) DISBURSENIENTS. Moneys in the Project Fund shall be expended and disbursed in ?2 accordance with the provisions of this Section 402. The Trustee is hereby authorized and directed 23 to, ~nd shali; make disbursements from the Project Fund from time to time for the purpose of paying 24 the costs of the Project upon receipt of the following: 25 26 ~( I) To the extent the requested disbursement is to be used to pay any portion of 27 the County's Share that does not constitute Pre-issuance Expenditures (as such term is 28 defined in Exhibit A-2 attached hereto), a Requisition Certificate in the form of Exhibit ?~ A-1 attached hereto, which shall be executed by an authorized official of the County; and 30 3~ (2) To the extent the requested disbursement is to be used to pay Pre-issuance 32 Expenditures (as such term is defined in EYhibit A-2 attached hereto), a Reimbursement 33 Requisition Certificate in the form of E~ibit A-2 attached hereto, which shall be executed 34 by an authorized official of the County. 35 36 Each Requisition Certificate and Reimbursement Requisition Certificate presented by the County 37 to the Trustee hereunder shall be appropriately completed by the County, including without 38 limitation the schedule attached thereto listing the purposes for which the requested disbursement 39 is being made. 40 ~t I The Tilistee shall keep and maintain adequate records pertaining to the Project Fund and all 4? receipts and disbursements pertaining thereto, and shall furnish upon request periodic statements a3 ~vith respect thereto to the County.
