(D) Governmental National Mortgabe Association guaranteed mortga~~e- <br />backed bonds and guaranteed pass-through obligations; <br />(E) U.S. Maritime Administration Gliaranteed Title XI financing; and <br />(F) U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Project Notes and <br />Local Authority Bonds; <br />(3) Certificates of deposit that: <br />(A) are issued by an insured institution (as defined in ORS 706.008) that <br />maintains a branch or head office in the State of Oregon and whose short term <br />obligations are rated `'A-1+" or better by S&P; <br />(B) have a term to maturity of one year or less from the date of acquisition; <br />and <br />(C) are at all times secured by collateral described in (1) or (2) of this <br />definition, which collateral must be held by a third party and in which the Trustee <br />must have a perfected first priority security interest; <br />(4) Certificates of deposit that: <br />(A) are issued by an insured institution (as defined in ORS 706.008) that <br />maintains a branch or head office in the State of Oregon; and <br />(B) are fully insured by FDIC (including BIF and SAIF); <br />(~) guaranteed investment contracts that: <br />(A) are issued by a life insurance company authorized to do business in the <br />State of Oregon; and <br />(B) are approved in writing by the Insurer; and <br />(6) repurchase agreements that provide for the transfer of securities from a dealer <br />bank or securities firm (seller/borrower) to the Trustee and the transfer of Certificate <br />proceeds to the dealer bank or securities firm with a written agreement that the dealer bank <br />or securities firm will repay the cash plus a yield to the Trustee in exchange for the securities <br />at a specific date, provided that the repurchase agreement meets the following requirements: <br />DEFINiT10NS APPENDIa PAGE g <br />
