<br />line of said Parcel 19 695.00 feet to an iron rod marking an angle
<br />corner in said westerly line; Thence North 440 50' 53" West continuing
<br />along the westerly line of said Parcel 1, 535.60 feet to an iron rod
<br />marking an angle corner in said westerly line; Thence North 160 30' 10"
<br />East continuing along said westerly line, 505.09 feet to an iron rod

<br />iron rod marking a point of curve; Thence leaving the easterly line of
<br />said 30 foot easement South 660 43' 01" West 135.57 feet to an iron rod
<br />marking the southeasterly corner of the aforesaid Parcel 1, PARTITION
<br />PLAT NO. 90-75; Thence South 700 07' 59" West along the southerly line
<br />of said Parcel 1, 510.00 feet to the point of beginning and containing
