We <br /> find that a seasonality factor has generally not been considered for <br /> EMERGENCY warehouse projects, including previous cold storage facilities. We <br /> MANAGEMENT checked with neighboring counties and did not find a seasonality factor for <br /> ENGINEERING your type of development being used. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL Based on the information we have and our past practice, it is not possible <br /> SERVICES to grant your request for an adjustment to the transportation SDC based <br /> on seasonality. <br /> OPERATIONS <br /> PARKS You still have the option per the SDC code Section 4(E) to prepare and <br /> submit a formal analysis to demonstrate the validity of your request. A <br /> PLANNING copy of the SDC resolution is attached for your reference.
