Marion County Class Specification BulletinPage of <br />>>> <br />12.If serving clients in a licensed residential setting: administer medications and record in the MARS <br />in accordance with Physician/PMHNP orders and residential policies and procedures. <br />13.Assist clients with shopping, cleaning, laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed. Assist <br />clients with community appointments. <br />14.Provide cleaning, cooking and laundry as needed in residential settings. If assigned to the crisis <br />center may provide cleaning of apartments for PCC's respite program. <br />15.In non-licensed settings may monitor medications. Assist with drug/alcohol screen UA's as <br />needed. <br />16.Complete chart note documentation consistent with department standards. Complete program <br />specific reporting requirements. <br />MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: <br />EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING <br />1.Graduation from high school or possession of a GED; AND <br />2.One (1) year of employed or volunteer experience working with the client population served by the <br />position; OR one (1) year of post high-school training in health occupations, behavioral or social <br />sciences; OR <br />3.Any satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience relevant to the <br />position. <br />SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS <br />Must possess, or obtain within 30 days of hire, a valid Class C Oregon driver's license.
