f - <br /> (E) Any other agricultural, forestry or horticultural use or animal husbandry, or any <br /> combination thereof, including the preparation and storage of the produce raised on such <br /> farm for human use and animal use, the preparation and storage of forest products and <br /> disposal by marketing or otherwise, of farm produce or forest products. ORS <br /> 455.315(2)(a) <br /> AGRICULTURAL BUILDING does not include: <br /> (A) A dwelling; <br /> (B) A structure used for a purpose other than growing plants in which 10 or more persons are <br /> present at any one time; <br /> (C)A structure regulated by the state fire marshal pursuant to ORS Chapter 476; <br /> (D) A structure used by the public; or <br /> (E) A structure subject to sections 4001 to 4127, Title 42. United States Code (the National <br /> Flood Insurance Act of 1968) as amended. And regulations promulgated thereunder. <br /> AN EQUINE FACILITY means a building located on a farm; and used by the farm owner or <br /> public for stabling or training equines; or riding lessons and training clinics. <br /> AN EQUINE FACILITY DOES NOT INCLUDE: <br /> (A)A dwelling; <br /> (B)A structure in which more than 10 persons are present at anyone time; <br /> (C)A structure regulated by the State Fire Marshal pursuant to ORS chapter 476; or <br /> (D)A structure subject to section 4001 to 4127, title 42, United States Code( the National <br /> Flood Insurance Act of 1968) as amended, and regulation promulgated there under. <br /> This exemption from a building permit requirement is for the building permit only. The <br /> exemption status for this building does not apply to any other permit requirements. Electrical, <br /> plumbing, mechanical and on-site/septic permit requirements are still applicable. <br /> No recreational vehicles for personal use or other personal use of the building may be <br /> done at any time. <br /> EQUIPOTENTIAL PLANES AND BONDING OF EQUIPOTENTIAL PLANES. Equipotential <br /> planes shall be installed in concrete slabs where metallic equipment is located that may <br /> become energized and accessible to livestock. <br /> Marion County may inspect this structure for use in the future to assure that the building <br /> is being used exclusively for farm agricultural uses only. If it is found that the building is <br /> used for any other use in the future, a building permit will be required at that time.
