n11. k!,,„,t1r. <br /> Marion <br /> County <br /> Venue Building and Tasting Room <br /> 8648 Crosby Road NE, Woodburn <br /> Site Evaluation 555-19-003739 <br /> Per a discussion with Jenna Steward through a few emails,the flow data can be determined <br /> through the proposed use and table 2 found in OAR 340-071-0220—"Quantity of Sewage <br /> Flows." <br /> Here is the estimated flow of the proposed facility and required drainfield sizing: <br /> - 300 guests max at 3 gallons per day/per guest= 900 gallons per day. <br /> - 25 employees max at 15 gallons per day/per employee=375 gallons per day. <br /> - Total of 1275 gallons per day. <br /> o A class B soil was observed in the approved area. <br /> o 125 linear feet of drainline is required for every 150 gallons per day proposed. <br /> o Total of 1060 linear feet. <br /> o A 2500 gallon septic tank with a 1500 gallon dosing tank <br /> o Duplex pumps are required for any commercial facility over 600 gallons per day <br /> Other Notes: <br /> • This facility will contain no kitchen or prepared food. <br /> • This facility will not be full time use, but will have days with large flows <br /> • A Septic Consultant is highly recommended for this project. <br /> Prepared by: <br /> Matthew Puntney, REHS <br /> Onsite Wastewater Specialist, Marion County <br />
