The enclosed information provides the <br /> system requirements. To complete your application and issue a permit, the <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL following must be addressed: <br /> SERVICES <br /> OPERATIONS • A full stakeout of the initial and repair drainfield. The area used is lacking <br /> PARKS in available space and must meet all setbacks. Enclosed is a guideline for proper <br /> staking procedures. Drainfield lines must be level within +/- 1 inch of rise or fall. <br /> PLANNING The use of a laser level is recommended. <br /> SURVEY • Your system will require a dosing (pump) tank to pump the effluent to the <br /> area approved for the drainfield location. Your plans must include a specification <br /> sheet for the dosing tanLmake and mddetst The pump, a pump perfotmauoe <br /> curve, ❑ Fi_r� t e trol panel.-- wo chambered septic/pump tanks are also an <br /> option or your system. Pumping tanks also require approval from our building <br /> ‘4"."...*°"*.r inspectors at the time of start-up. Please inquire at our permitting desk for more <br /> information with our electrical inspection staff. <br /> • When stakeout is complete and the locations of the septic/pumping tank(s) <br /> are determined, please submit a revised site plan, with the staking location and <br /> elevations included.
