Please refer to the signed approved site plan <br /> dated August 31, 2016. The installation must conform to these approved plans. Any changes or <br /> product substitutions must be approved by this office prior to installation. Any substantial changes may <br /> require complete revised plans with a plan review fee. Failure to comply may invalidate construction <br /> approval and permit. The required inspection schedule is attached to this permit It's the <br /> responsibility of applicant/installer to coordinate these requirements with all others in OAR 340-071- <br /> 0220. <br /> This Permit is for a system designed to serve an agricultural office building with up to ten (10) <br /> employees. Peak sewage flow into the system is limited to a maximum of 150 gallons per day. <br /> Average sewage flow is limited to75 gallons per day. Premature failure of the treatment system may <br /> occur if either of these flow quantities is exceeded. If for some reason,you expect your agricultural <br /> office building use may exceed these flows, it is advisable to increase the size of the treatment system. <br /> Specific Requirements <br /> SEPTIC TANK: 1000 gallons <br /> DRAINFIELD: Standard trenches with equal distribution <br /> Length: 150 lineal Feet <br /> Depth: minimum 18"; maximum 20" <br /> COMMERCIAL SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: An effluent filter and service access riser is <br /> required at the outlet of the septic tank. Service access manhole for the dosing tank must be adequate to <br /> construct, install, service and operate the equipment within. <br /> EFFLUENT SEWER:The effluent sewer is the pipe from the septic tank to the distribution box. The <br /> material required is 3034 or Schedule 40 pipe with I8-gauge minimum green tracer wire or green <br /> metallic tape placed along the pipe.
