Submit Installation Drawings showing complete detail, both plan and <br /> side view details with proper layout and elevacions. <br /> c. Submit As-Built Drawings for the complete sanitary sewer system <br /> snowing complete detail witn all dimensions, both above and below <br /> grade, including invert elevation. <br /> d. Sign and seal As-Built Drawings by a Professional Surveyor and <br /> Mapper. Include the following statement: "All potable water lines <br /> crossed by sanitary hazard mains are in accordance with the permitted <br /> utility separation requirements. " <br /> 1.6 DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING <br /> 1.6.1 Delivery and Storage <br /> Piping. Inspect materials delivered to site for damage; store with minimum <br /> of handling. Store materials on site in enclosures or under protective <br /> coverings. Store plastic piping and jointing materials and rubber gaskets <br /> under cover out of direct sunlight. Do not store materials directly on the <br /> ground. Keep inside of pipes and fittings free of dirt and debris. <br /> 1.6.2 Handling <br /> Handle pipe, fittings, and other accessories in such manner as to ensure <br /> delivery to the trench in sound undamaged condition. Carry, do not drag, <br /> pipe to trench. <br /> 1.7 PROJECT/SITE CONDITIONS <br /> Submit drawings of existing conditions, after a thorough inspection of the <br /> area in the presence of the Contracting Officer. Details shall include the <br /> environmental conditions of the site and adjacent areas. Submit copies of <br /> the records for verification before starting work. <br /> PART 2 PRODUCTS <br /> /2.1 PRECAST CONCRETE TANKS <br /> Precast Concrete Tanks, Risers, Lids shall be ODEO approved and HS-20 <br /> rated. Design, materials, and installation shall be as shown on Waite <br /> Concrete Products, Canby, OR, septic tank drawing ST 1500 H2O and dosing <br /> tank drawing DT1000 H20, or an approved equal and compatible with Orenco <br /> Systems pump or an approved equal. Standard 30-inch diameter ribbed PVC <br /> risers with latching lid shall be used. Precast collars as shown shall be <br /> manufactured by Waite Concrete and fitted with cast iron frames and covers. <br /> I �J <br /> \QI 2.1.1 Tank Piping <br /> Tank piping and fittings shall be polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic pipe. <br /> 2.1.2 Cast Iron Frames and Covers <br /> Cast iron frames and covers shall conform to ASTM A 58/A 48M, Class 30B and <br /> conform to all requirements on ODOT STANDARD DRAWING RD356. Covers shall <br /> be stamped "S", be watertight, and be tamperproof by bolt down feature. <br /> Frames and covers shall be N5-20 rated and shall have a combined weight of <br /> not less than 400 pounds. <br /> 33 30 00. 00 25-5 <br />
