A breakdown of the number of units identified as independent living, assisted <br /> living, and any other designations used to differentiate the units at the <br /> subject property. <br /> 4. A complete rent roll for the subject property, broken down by the level of care <br /> identified in #3 above. <br /> 5. The buy-in amounts needed to become a resident at the subject property, <br /> broken down by the level of care identified in #3 above. <br /> 6. A breakdown of monthly costs between operational services provided to <br /> residents and costs associated with maintenance and upkeep of the <br /> improvements at the subject property. <br /> 7. Any intercompany lease or operating agreements between Plaintiff and any <br /> subsidiary of Plaintiff's parent company or Plaintiff's parent company itself, <br /> including property lease agreements, management fee agreements, etc. <br /> 8. A copy of the 2017 and 2018 tax returns for Plaintiff's parent company, <br /> including all supporting documentation and statements pertaining to Plaintiff. <br /> 9. A copy of the 2017 and 2018 tax returns for Plaintiff, including all supporting <br /> documentation and statements. <br /> 10.A detailed trial balance statement for the 2018 fiscal year for the subject <br /> property. <br /> 11. For 2017 and 2018, the number of units that changed occupancy (i.e., the <br /> number of units which were vacated). <br />
