<br /> NORPAC Foods, Inc. Chapter 11 bankruptcy(case 19-62584-pcm11) process. This sale was approved by
<br /> the bankruptcy court on January 15, 2020.
<br /> The agreed upon price of$49,000,000 was allocated in accordance with Code Section 1060 and
<br /> applicable Treasury Regulations. It was allocated by the buyer and agreed to by the seller as follows:
