Monitors budgets, <br />schedules, and performance criteria. Informs appropriate individuals or groups of project <br />progress. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate. <br />8.Recommends plan modifications as necessary. Obtains approval necessary for recommended <br />changes in scope, quality, budget, or schedule. <br />9.Reviews project records and prepares final archive documentation. <br />10.Maintains clear and professional communications, orally and in writing, with appropriate individuals <br />and groups regarding project goals, plans, changes, and status. May include public presentations. <br />MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: <br />EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING <br />1.Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university with coursework in Computer <br />Science, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field, AND <br />2.Two (2) years of experience with multiple Information Technology related projects and associated <br />budgets/financial tracking; AND <br />3.Two (2) years Project Management experience which may be concurrent with experience above; <br />OR <br />4.Any combination equaling six (6) years of education, experience, or training in Computer Science, <br />Information Technology, or Business, and must include at least two (2) years of Project <br />Management with associated budget/financial tracking. <br />KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY <br />Thorough knowledge of: Management of multiple information technology projects; technical planning; <br />and supervisory techniques. <br />Skill and Ability to: Communicate effectively in oral, written and graphic form; ability to apply technical <br />knowledge to project issues; identify problem areas; formulate diagnoses and propose practical and cost- <br />effective solutions; supervise or direct the work of personnel in information technology project areas; <br />conduct resource planning for future project changes and add-ons for budgeting purposes; establishing <br />and maintaining effective working relationships with staff, consultants and vendors; work independently, <br />but also as a strong team member; handle multiple projects and tasks; and ability to understand and carry <br />out complex oral and written instructions <br />ADOPTED: <br />02/03 <br />REVISED: <br />11/08; 12/17; 03/19; 05/19 <br />MARKET REVIEW: <br />11/08; 12/13; 01/18 <br />https://agency.governmentjobs.com/marion/default.cfm?action=specbulletin&ClassSpecID=...8/3/2020 <br />
