Marion County Class Specification BulletinPage of <br />>>> <br />10.Assists in hardware and software updates, installation and maintenance with IT and outside <br />vendor(s). <br />11.Acts as back up to Deputy County Clerk positions, performing duties of that class as needed, <br />including recording legal documents. <br />12.Other duties and projects as required for Recording and Licensing, Elections, Board of Property <br />Tax Appeals and Clerk Administration. <br />MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: <br />EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING <br />1.Graduation from high school supplemented by college course work; AND <br />2.Four (4) years experience in either micrographics, archives, records management, or a County <br />recording office, (Preferably including experience as a lead worker or coordinator.); OR <br />3.Any satisfactory equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience relevant to the <br />position. <br />SPECIAL REQUIREMENT <br />Possess, or obtain within 30 days of hire, a valid class C Oregon driver's license.
