This is a rather unique property that frankly has no MARKET value. It may have some <br /> personal value to us(we use it for a garden and provide some garden space to some neighbors),butthere is not market for it. If we didn't own it and it was <br /> offered to us,I'm not sure we'd pay even$20,000 for it.
