Elkhorn Golf is the name of the business the golf course is running under, or was. Low Volatility LLC is the owner but has contracted with Investcorp Asset Management to manage the property/business for them. Low Volatility does not have an open bank account anymore and is currently using the services of the management company to manage this property, it's last asset holding. In regards to the mailing address, either one will work we just used the new one because we are phasing out using the PO Box 10035 because we are planning to discontinue it. These will be given to an appraiser for processing. It may be a few weeks before you hear anything back. Our records show the owner of all the real property accounts is Low Volatility Lending LLC. The applications show Elkhorn Golf c/o Investcorp Asset Management as the applicant's name. What relationship is Low Volatility to either Elhorn Golf or Investcorp Asset?
