<br />NARRATIVE:
<br />The purpose of this survey is to show a property line adjustment between
<br />Parcel 2 of Partition Plat 2020-031 and that property described in Reel 4164, Page
<br />230, Marion County Deed Records, per City of Keizer Property Line Adjustment
<br />Case No. 2021-04, being in the form of a partition plat. The basis of bearings used
<br />was along the east line of said Parcel 2, holding the Wilson monument at the
<br />northeast corner and Andrew's monument D at the southeast corner of Parcel 2.
<br />To determine the boundary of Parcel 2, Partition Plat 2020-031, 1 held the
<br />monuments and boundary as shown in said plat. To determine the boundary of Reel
<br />4164, Page 230, 1 held the Barker monuments from the plat of THE RIDGE to define
<br />the original Lot 10, THE RIDGE, and then held record distance Easterly from the
<br />northwest corner of Lot 10 and then held record angle between the north line of Lot
<br />10 and the excepted line running Southerly per said Reel 4164, Page 230, to the
<br />intersection of the southwesterly line of said Lot 10.
