<br />Marion County Book of Partition Plats; and running thence along the boundary of said
<br />Parcel 2 the following four courses:

<br />thence South 00°24'00" West 130.56 feet;
<br />thence North 89027'18" West 114.19 feet;
<br />thence South 00°24'31" West 114.32 feet to a point on the north line of Lot 10, THE
<br />RIDGE, as platted and recorded in Volume 40, Page 110, Marion County Book of Town
<br />Plats;
<br />thence South 89028'56" East 14.26 feet along the north line of said Lot 10 to the
<br />northeast corner thereof;
