<br />following easement:
<br />A public utility easement granted to Benton Lincoln Electric Co—Operative
<br />dated August 5, 1957 an recorded in Book 502, Page 638, Marion County
<br />Deed Records. The location stated on said document is the power lines are
<br />currently located. The power lines currently are all within the right of way of
<br />the adjacent roadways. It is my opinion that this easement currently does
<br />not affect this property.
