Petersen <br />Oregon Registered Land Surveyor No. 61408 <br />EQUIPMENT AND PROCEDURE <br />A LEICA TS12 Electronic Total Station Survey System and a <br />CARLSON Survey Data Collector with supplemental hand—written <br />field survey notes were used in this survey. <br />NARRATIVE <br />The purpose of this survey is to replat Lots 15, 16, and the South 1/2 of Lot <br />14, Block 13, Hammond Addition to the City of Detroit, Marion County, Oregon <br />into 1 parcel of land as approved by City of Detroit Notice of Decision for <br />Property Line Adjustment Case Number 21-03. The Basis of Bearings is the <br />East right of way of the Boulder St. N as established by found monuments "H" <br />and "N" as shown on said plat. Found monuments "A" and "K" were held for <br />West right of way of Tumble St. N.
