<br />subjectpropertyorthatIbecameawareofduringtheresearchinvolvedinperformingthisappraisal.Ihaveconsideredthese
<br />adverseconditionsinmyanalysisofthepropertyvalue,andhavereportedontheeffectoftheconditionsonthevalueand
