/>14.Ihavetakenintoconsiderationthefactorsthathaveanimpactonvaluewithrespecttothesubjectneighborhood,subject <br />property,andtheproximityofthesubjectpropertytoadverseinfluencesinthedevelopmentofmyopinionofmarketvalue.I <br />havenotedinthisappraisalreportanyadverseconditions(suchas,butnotlimitedto,neededrepairs,deterioration,the <br
