The basis of bearings used was between monuments "A" and "B" along the north line <br />of Parcel 1 of said Partition Plat 2020-66 as shown. Monuments defining the boundary of said Parcel 2 were held and <br />record data per Partition Plat 2019-69 and said Partition Plat 2020-66 were held for those portions of the subject <br />property boundary which had not been monumented previously.
