<br />The purpose of this survey is to subdivide Parcel 2 of Partition Plat 2020-66, into lots, and to create the streets and
<br />easements as shown hereon. The basis of bearings used was between monuments "A" and "B" along the north line
<br />of Parcel 1 of said Partition Plat 2020-66 as shown. Monuments defining the boundary of said Parcel 2 were held and
<br />record data per Partition Plat 2019-69 and said Partition Plat 2020-66 were held for those portions of the subject
<br />property boundary which had not been monumented previously. The Southeasterly line of Parcel 1 was determined by
<br />using a "best fit" of the series of lines and curves between monuments "I" and "S' , with the resultant offsetted line to
<br />centerline matching record data as best as possible up to the northern boundary of the subject property.
