THIS CENTER LINE <br />ALIGNMENT IS RESOLVED BY HOLDING A 20' OFFSET FROM MONUMENT 1128 AND <br />EXTENDING TO THE P.I. OF VLS STATION 9+32.24 AT RECORD OFFSET OF 18.18' <br />FROM ODOT MONUMENT 1110. FOUND MONUMENT 1152 WAS NOT HELD FOR <br />THIS P.I. SINCE I BELIEVE IT TO BE SET ORIGINALLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />IDENTIFYING THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LUCINDA STEVEN'S ESTATE IN MCSR <br />1399 AND MCSR 5494 AND NOT FOR THE CENTER LINE OF THE COUNTY ROAD. <br />THERE WAS RECORD HOWEVER OF A 1/2" IRON ROD IN THE CENTER LINE AT THIS <br />P.I. LOCATION BUT NO MONUMENT WAS RECOVERED AT THIS LOCATION. VLN <br />CENTER LINE ALIGNMENT THEN EXTENDS NORTHERLY HOLDING CENTER LINE <br />MONUMENT 1158 FOR THE NEXT P.I., THEN EXTENDING NORTHERLY HOLDING <br />CENTER LINE MONUMENT 1151A FOR THE NEXT P.I. AT THE INTERSECTION OF <br />VERDA LANE AND DEARBORN AVENUE. THE NEXT P.I. WAS CALCULATED HOLDING <br />RECORD CENTER LINE DISTANCES PER MCSR 2022, 2009, AND PP 2018-043 OF <br />121.12' FROM CENTER LINE MONUMENT 1151A AND 481.54' FROM CENTER LINE <br />MONUMENT 1004. THE ALIGNMENT WAS THEN EXTENDED TO HOLD MONUMENT <br />1004 AS THE NEXT CENTER LINE P.I. LOCATION. THE FINAL EXTENSION TO THE <br />NORTH WAS HELD AT RECORD OFFSET DISTANCE OF 6.78' FROM MONUMENT 1012 <br />PER SUBDIVISION 'KEIZER HEIGHTS' (S15-013, BOOK 15 OF TOWN PLATS, PAGE 13) <br />WHICH WAS SHOWN IN MCSR 38693 AS A 3/4" IRON PIPE HOWEVER THIS SURVEY <br />RECOVERED AN ALUMINUM CAP STAMPED "WH PACIFIC" SET FLUSH IN ASPHALT. <br />RIGHT OF WAY WIDTHS ARE PLACED PER RECORD DISTANCE FROM CENTER LINE <br />OR BY PLAT DEDICATIONS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE WEST LINE OF BLOCK 7 <br />'NORTH VIEW TERRACES ANNEX NO. 1' (S20-012, BOOK OF TOWN PLATS VOLUME <br />20, PAGE 12) WAS PLACED HOLDING THE NORTHWEST AND SOUTHWEST BLOCK <br />CORNERS (MONUMENTS 1154 AND 1064).
