<br />The purpose of this survey is to partition that property described in Reel 4452, Page
<br />404, Marion County Deed Records, into two parcels per City of Hubbard Planning
<br />Commission File No. PAR 2021-01. The basis of bearings used was along the northeasterly
<br />line of the subject property between monument A and monument B at the east corner of the
<br />subject property, the line being held as South 59°57'17" East per OCRS Salem. Bearings are
<br />based on OCRS (Oregon Coordinate Reference System) Salem Zone - NAD 83(2011)
<br />EPOCH 2O10.00, using the ORGN (Oregon Real Time GNSS Network).
<br />The boundary of the subject property was determined as follows:
<br />Northeasterly Line: I held monuments A and B and monument B for the east corner per
<br />MCSR 37741.
<br />Southeasterly Line: I held monument B and a point 20.00 feet Northwesterly from
<br />monument E on line between monument E and monument D per MCSR 37741.
<br />Southwesterly Line: I held monuments E and D.
<br />Northwesterly Line (Pacific Highway right of way)- I held the fallings from monument A
<br />and D as shown in MCSR 37741, with the produced lime agreeing with the location of the set
<br />monument along the right of way from MCSR 37741.
