<br />platted and recorded in Volume 38, Page 7, Book of Town Plats for Marion
<br />County, Oregon; and running thence:
<br />South 30055'19" West 330.75 feet along the southeasterly line of the
<br />subject property to the south corner thereof, said point being on the
<br />southwesterly line of the aforementioned Lot 5, Block 1;
<br />thence North 58043'48" West 307.47 feet along said southwesterly line
<br />to the most Southerly corner of that tract of land donated to the State of
<br />Oregon, by and through its Department of Transportation, in that Donation
<br />Deed recorded in Reel 4659, Page 339, Marion County Deed Records;
<br />thence North 31014'03" East 324.21 feet along the southeasterly line of
