I, Gregory L. Wilson, a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Oregon,
<br />do hereby depose and say that I did accurately survey and mark with proper
<br />monuments the lands represented on the attached map, situated in the
<br />southeast one -quarter of Section 33, Township 4 South, Range 1 West of the
<br />Willamette Meridian, in the City of Hubbard, Marion County, Oregon, being
<br />described as follows -
<br />Beginning at the Initial Point of this partition plat, said point being marked
<br />by a 5/8-Inch iron rod with yellow plastic cap stamped " AZIMUTH
<br />SURVEYING" found at the east corner of the subject property described in that
<br />instrument recorded in Reel 4452, Page 404, Marion County Deed Record,
<br />said point bears North 3005619" East 331.17 feet and North 59057'17" West
<br />20.00 feet from the south corner of Lot 5, Block 1, Hubbard Industrial Park, as
<br />platted and recorded in Volume 38, Page 7, Book of Town Plats for Marion
<br />County, Oregon; and running thence:
<br />South 30055'19" West 330.75 feet along the southeasterly line of the
<br />subject property to the south corner thereof, said point being on the
<br />southwesterly line of the aforementioned Lot 5, Block 1;
<br />thence North 58043'48" West 307.47 feet along said southwesterly line
<br />to the most Southerly corner of that tract of land donated to the State of
<br />Oregon, by and through its Department of Transportation, in that Donation
<br />Deed recorded in Reel 4659, Page 339, Marion County Deed Records;
<br />thence North 31014'03" East 324.21 feet along the southeasterly line of
<br />said tract to the northeasterly line of the aforementioned Lot 5, Block 1;
<br />thence South 59057'17" East 305.74 feet along said northeasterly line of
<br />said Lot 5 to the Point of Beginning, containing 2.305 acres of land, more or
<br />less.
