A letter with findings and minimum requirements to issue a permit <br /> EMERGENCY were sent on May 21, 2021, and then on July 19, 2021 after additional test holes <br /> MANAGEMENT were evaluated.This application is considered incomplete until all required <br /> ENGINEERING documents to issue a permit are submitted. Per Marion County Septic <br /> Procedures, an incomplete application can remain open for no longer than one <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL year.Therefore,this application will expire on May21, 2022, unless all required <br /> SERVICES documents are submitted.
