Dear Mr. Vasquez, <br /> ADMINISTRATION The area surrounding pit #4 is approved for a STANDARD EQUAL <br /> DISTRIBUITION SYSTEM. The area surrounding pit #1 is approved for <br /> BUILDING Alternative Treatment Technology (ATT) system with a capping fill or <br /> INSPECTION gravelless absorption drainfield. <br /> EMERGENCY The applicant may choose either approval as an initial or a repair. <br /> MANAGEMENT <br /> • ENGINEERING Pits #2 and #3 are denied, due to high water table and soil modifications <br /> concerns prohibited by OAR 340-071-0220(1). <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> SERVICES Approved Area & System Type <br /> Soil test pits and other site features were evaluated during the site visits <br /> OPERATIONS on May 17, 2021 & July 15, 2021. During these evaluations, it was found <br /> PARKS that a temporary water table is present on this property. This led to pits #2 <br /> and #3 to be denied, due to soil modification prohibited under OAR 340- <br /> PLANNING 071-022O(1)(f) and high temporary water table under OAR 340-071- <br /> 0220(1)(b), for each respectively. <br /> SURVEY <br /> The area around pit #1 has a high water table, with temporary water <br /> coming up to within 12" of the surface.
