Dig more test pits in a different area of the property. A new drainfield may be feasible in a different area. <br /> The new test hole must meet setbacks to the wells on the property and cannot be located underneath the <br /> driveway areas. This office will leave the site evaluation open for 90 days from the date of the initial <br /> denial letter (August 15, 2024) to evaluate additional test pits. If additional test pits are dug please <br /> notify this office. If by August 15, 2024 no viable area is found,the site evaluation will be denied. <br /> Request for Site Evaluation Report Review or Request for Variance <br /> If you believe that an error was made in the evaluation of your property,you may apply for a Site <br /> Evaluation Report Review within 60 days of this denial notice.
