Relevant Criteria <br /> <br /> The standards and criteria relevant to this application are <br />found in the Statewide Goals and Guidelines, the Marion County <br />Comprehensive Plan, and Marion County Zoning Ordinance Chapters <br />119 and 171. <br /> <br />III. Public Hearing <br /> <br /> A public hearing was duly held on this application on June <br />17, 1987. At the hearing, the Planning Division file was made <br />part of the record. The following persons appeared at the <br />hearing and provided testimony on the application: <br /> <br />1. Sterling Anderson <br />2. Findings of Fact <br /> <br /> The Rearings Officer, after careful consideration of the <br />testimony and evidence in the record, issues the following <br />findings of fact: <br /> <br />The subject property consists of 5.6 acres designated <br />"Public Land" in the Marion County Comprehensive Plan <br />and zoned P (Public). The property is located on the <br />west side of Airport Road at its intersection with Arndt <br />Road, and lies contiguous to the Aurora Airport runway. <br /> <br /> <br />
