NOTICE OF D~GISION <br /> PARTITIONING 0ASE NO. 87-~? <br /> MARION COUNTY <br /> BUILDING INSPEC ON <br />APPLICATION: Application of William and Sally Fullnar~ to <br />divide a 17.1 acre parcel into t~o parcels containing 16.1 acres <br />and 1.0 acres in an SA (SPEOIAL AGRICULTURE) zone on property <br />located at 6295 Aumsville Highway,-Salem. (Section 16: TBS: R2W). <br />Tax lot #5?$58-000. <br /> <br />DECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has APPROVED the above described Partitioning <br />application subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS: Conditions of approval. <br /> <br />The applicant shall s~mit a fSnal partitioning mad to the <br />Planning Division by f~ '/~'~ . ~ol!owing <br />map approval by the Pla~h/ng Direc/tor, the applicant shall <br />record it with the Mario~ County Clerk (final map instruc- <br />tions and example enclosed)· <br /> <br />After the final partitioning map has been recorded no <br />alteration of property lines shall be permitted without <br />first obtaining approval from the Planning Director. <br /> <br />The applicant shall sign and submit a Declaratory Statement <br />to the Planning Division for the one acre parcel. This <br />statement shall be recorded by the applicant with the Marion <br />County Clerk after it has been reviewed and signed by the <br />Planning Director (Declaratory Statement enclosed). <br /> <br />A special dwelling setback of I00 feet shall be maintained <br />from the north and east property line. Any modification of <br />this requirement must be approved by the Planning Director <br />when it can be demonstrated that a lesser setback will <br />provide an adequate buffer· <br /> <br />The current property owner shall submit a written request to <br />disqualify the property from special assessment at farm use <br />to the Special Asses$4~ent SeQtion of the Marion County <br />Assessor's office by ~;~,~,Z$,'-"'.,.-',.~/.~, /Q~>~. The Marion <br />County Assessor wile disqualify the ~roperty, notify the <br />owner of the disqualification, and impose the additional <br />tax. Building permits will not be issued until this tax has <br />been paid. (Letter enclosed)· <br /> <br />The applicant should contact the Marion County Fire District <br />and~ob.taira~.a copy. of...%h~.~istrict!.s..Recommended Building <br />Access and Identification Guidelines.
