NOTICE OF D~CISION <br /> CONDITIONAL USE CASE NO. <br /> <br />APPLICATION: Application of Scott and Anna Wads~h to place a <br />mobile home for msdlcal hardship purposes on a I acre parcel in <br />an EFU (EXCLUSIVE FARM USE) zone on property located at 7767 <br />Albus Road SE, Aumsvtlle. (Section 30; TBS; RIW). Tax lot §6292- <br />000. <br /> <br />DECISION: Notice tS hereby given that The Planning Director for <br />Marion County has..~OV~D The above described Conditional Use <br />application subJec't' ~0 certain conditions. <br /> <br />.CONDITIONS: Conditions of approval. <br /> <br />This conditional use permit is valid only when exercised by <br />~Y~ ~7, lc:::/~ . It is valid for a period of one <br />Y~9-f~6m the-d-Wte T~e permit is exercised. <br /> <br />This permit may be renewed for successive one year periods <br />if the applicant submits To the Planning Department, on an <br />annual basis, a new Physician's Certificate which indicates <br />that the hardship continues To exist. <br /> <br />The proposed mobile home shall use the existing septic <br />system if it is feasible. <br /> <br />The applicant shall obtain approval for subsurface sewage <br />disposal and al/ other required permits from the Mar/on <br />County Building Inspection Division. <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a Mobile Hame Removal Agreement <br />to the Planning D/vis/on. This agreement specifies that <br />placement of the mobile home is temporary and That it will <br />be removed after the hardship ceases to exist (agreement <br />enclosed). <br /> <br />The applicant shall sign and submit a Declaratory Statement <br />to The Planning Division. This statement shall be recorded <br />by the applicant with The Marion County Glerk after it has <br />been reviewed and signed by the Planning Director (Declara- <br />tory STatement enclosed). <br /> <br />The mobile home shall be located as shown on The applicant's <br />site plan. Modifications of This requirement may be approved <br />by the Planning Director when tt can be demonstrated That a <br />lesser setback or alternate location will provide an <br />adequate buffer. <br /> <br /> <br />
