The applicant should contact the Aumsville Fire District and <br />obtain a copy of the DistriCt's Recommended Building Access <br />and Identification Guidelines. For persona/ and property <br />safety it is recommended that the applicant follow these <br /> <br />PROCEDURE: The Marion County Zoning Ordinance provides that <br />certain Conditional Use applications be considered first by the <br />County Planning Director.. If there is any doubt that the <br />application conforms with adopted land use policies and regula- <br />tions the Director must condition or deny the application. Any <br />interested person who disagrees with the Director's decision may <br />recpAest that the application be considered by the Marion County <br />Hearings OfflcWr after a public hearing. The applicant may a/so <br />request reconsideration on the basis of new information subject <br />to signing a waiver of the 120 day time limit for review of <br />zoning applications. <br /> <br />A public hearing is held on appeals subject to the appel/ant <br />paying a $25,00 fee. The major purpose of <br />this designation and the corresponding SA (SPECIAL AGRICUL- <br />TURE) zone is to promote the continuation of commercial <br />agricult~ral and forestry operations, A temporary mobile <br />home under hardship conditions may be approved as a condi- <br />tional u~e provided the need is Justified and the residence <br />will not have a detrimental impact upon the existing or <br />potential farming and timber activity in the area. <br /> <br />The property is located on the west side of Albus Road <br />approximately 1,500 feet north of its intersection with <br />Leverman Road. The subJoct i acre parcel contains a <br />dwelling and two accessory structures. <br /> <br />Surrounding uses consist of small farm operations and <br />acreage homesttes to the east, west and south on lands zoned <br />SA. To the north beyond the North Santiam Highway commer- <br />cial farm operations dominate on lands Zoned EFU. <br /> <br /> <br />
