The Soil Conservation Service has identified Class II and IV
soils on the property.

A signed Physician's Certificate has been submitted for
Virginia Wadsworth Indicating she has medical conditions
that preclude her from maintaining a complete separate and
detached dwelling aparf from her family.

The applicant proposes to place a mobile home to be occupied
by Virginia Wadsworth. The applicants will provide the
needed care. ,

The Marion County Building Inspection Division provided the
following comments:

"The 'location of mobile homes for hardship
purposes requires an Aufhorization Notice and
evaluation of the septic system. This
authorization must be re-evaluated annually
unfll fhe mobile home is removed.

The location of existing on-site sewage
disposal sysfems may require more detailed
drawings and/or exposure of parts of the
system to verify its location."

in order to approve a mobile home under hardship situations
in an SA zone, the applicant must demonstrate that l) the
mobile home is compatible with farm or forest use; 2) it
does not interfere seriously with farm or forest practices
on adjacent lands; S) it does not materially alter the
stability of the land use pattern of the area; 4) adequate
fire protection and other rural services are available; 5)
it will not have a significant adverse impact on timber
production, grazing land, watersheds, fish and wildlife
hablfaf, soil and elope sfability, air and wafer quality,
and outdoor recreation activities; and 6) it shall be
sttttated upon land that Is generally unsuitable for farm or
forest use. A Physician's Certificate must also be provided
demonstrating that those residing in the extra mobile home
are physically incapable of maintaining a separate resi~
dance without assistance that is nearby.

The proposed mobile home will be placed af least ?00 feet
from commercial farm uses to the north. This location is
adequate to buffer the mobile home from interference with
farm uses. Since the home is temporary the land use pattern
will not be altered by this request. Based on the available
evidence, adequate fire protect/on and other rural services
are available and there wlll not be any adverse Impact on
the resources sought fo be protected by 8.5 above. Due to
fha size of the subject property (1 acre)
