Nature of the Application <br /> <br /> This matter comes before the Marion County Hearings Officer <br />on the application of the Butteville Community Church Congrega- <br />tion to place a mobile home to be used as a church office and <br />church classrooms on property located in an AR (Acreage Residen- <br />tial) at 10858 and 108~8 Arndt Road N.E. in Aurora, Oregon (S31, <br />T$S, RiW; Tax Lot No. 70380-190). <br /> <br />ii. Relevant Criteria <br /> <br /> The standards and criteria relevant to this application are <br />found in the Statewide Goals and Guidelines, the Marion County <br />Comprehensive Plan, and Marion County Zoning Ordinance Chapters <br />119 and 128. <br /> <br />III. Public Hearin9 <br /> <br /> A public hearing was duly held on this application on August <br />31, 1987. J. Haggerty-Foster presided as Hearings Officer. At <br />the hearing, the Planning Division file was made part of the <br />record. The following persons appeared at the hearing and <br />provided testimony on the application: <br /> <br />1. Haggerty-Foster has been continuously <br />absent since September 10, 1987, and is apparently unable to <br />issue a timely formal order in this proceeding. This matter has <br />been taken under consideration by Michael J. Hansen, a duly <br />appointed Hearings Officer for Marion County. <br /> <br /> <br />
