ordered that the application for a Conditional Use is GRANTED, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />The Conditional Use Permit approved herein shall be <br />valid for a period of one year from the effective date <br />of this Order, unless an extension is requested in <br />writinG from the Hearings Officer prior to the expir- <br />ation of the permit. <br /> <br />2. Applicants shall comply with all requirements of the <br /> Marion County Building Inspection Division. <br /> <br />$. Applicants shall comply with all requirements of the <br /> Aurora Fire District. <br /> <br />VII. Other Permits and Restrictions <br /> <br /> The applicant herein is advised that the use of the property <br />proposed in this application may require additional permits from <br />other local, state or federal agencies. The Marion County land <br />use review and approval process does not take the place of, or <br />relieve the applicant of responsibility for, acquiring such other <br />permits, or satisfy any restrictions or conditions thereon. <br /> <br /> The followin9 agencies have submitted comments on this <br />application: <br /> <br />Marion County Department of Public Works <br />Marion County Building Inspection Division <br />Marion County Assessor <br /> <br /> It is recon~aended that the applicant contact these agencies <br />directly for information on any further restrictions or necessary <br />permits. <br /> <br /> The land use permit approved herein does not remove, alter, <br />or impair in any way any covenants or restrictions imposed on <br />this property by deed or other instrument· <br /> <br />VI~I. Effective Date <br /> <br /> The application approved herein shall become effective on <br />the [~ day of OQ3~b~ , 1987, unless the Marion County <br />Board of Commissioners, on their own motion or by appeal timely <br />filed, is asked to review this Order. In case of Board review, <br />this Order shall be stayed and shall be subject to such final <br />action as is taken by the Board. <br /> <br />IX.
