The mobile home shall be anchored to resist flotation, <br />collapse, or lateral movement by providing over-the-top and <br />frame ties to ground anchors. Specific r~quirements shall <br />be the followingr <br /> <br />(a <br /> <br />Over-The-top ties be provided at each of the four <br />corners of the mobile home with two additional ties per <br />side at intermediate locations with mobi!c homes more <br />than 50 feet long requiring one additional tie per <br />~ide~ <br /> <br />tb <br /> <br />Frame ties be provided at each corner of the home with <br />five additional ties per side at intermediate poi~lts <br />with mobile homes more than 50 feet long requiring four <br />additional ties per side~ <br /> <br />All components of the anchoring systeln be capable of <br />carrying a force of 4,800 pounds; <br /> <br />Any additions or expansions to the mobile homes be <br />similarly anchored; <br /> <br />NOTE: An alternative method of anchoring ~nay involve a System <br />designed to withstand a wind ~o~Ce O£ 90 miles per hour or <br />greater :must be certified). <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL GONDITION$: Once the approved use is established the <br />following conditions must be continually satisfied: <br /> <br />The proposed mobile home shall %%se the existing suptic <br />system if it is feasible. <br /> <br />No new driveway access points onto public or private roads <br />shall be created to serve the mobile home. <br /> <br />The mobile home shall be located as shown on the applicant's <br />site plan. Modifications of this requirement may be <br />approved by the Planning Director when it can be demon- <br />strated that a lesser setback or alternate location will <br />provide an adequate buffe~. <br /> <br />OTHER PERMITS AND RESTRIGTION$: This approval does not remove or <br />affect any covenants or restrictions imposed on the sub3ect <br />property by deed or other instr;lment. The proposed use may <br />mequire permits from other local, State or Federal agencies. <br />This decision does not take the place of, o~ relieve the respon- <br />sibility for obtaining other permits or satisfying any restric- <br />tions or conditions thereon.
