The purpose of this <br />designation and the corresponding EFU (EXCLUSIVE FARM USE) <br />Zone is to promote the continuation of commercial agricul- <br />tura.% and forestry operations· A temporary mobile home <br />under hardship conditions may be approved as a conditional <br />use provided the need is justified and the residence wil.] <br />not have a detrimental impact upon the existing or potential <br />farthing and timber activity in the area. <br /> <br />The property is located on the south side of Mill Creek <br />Road, approximately 1,000 feet southwest of Aumsvl.lic. <br /> <br />Surrounding uses are predomlnately commercial farm parcels. <br />All surrounding properties are in the EFU zone. <br /> <br />The Soil Conservation Service has identified Class iii and <br />iV soils on the property. <br /> <br />A signed Physician's Certificate has been submitted for <br />Shirley Johnson indicating she has medical conditions that <br />preclude her from maintaining a complete separate and <br />detached dwelling apart from hcr family. <br /> <br /> <br />
