The applicant should contact the Aumsville Fire District and <br />obtain a copy of the District's Recommended Building Access <br />and Identification Guidelines. For personal and property <br />safety it is recommended that the applicant follow these <br />guidelines· <br /> <br />PROCEDURE; The Marion County Zoning Ordinance provides that <br />certain Conditional Use applications be considered first by the <br />County Planning Director. if there is any doubt that thc <br />application conforms with adopted land ~se policies and regula- <br />tlons thc Director must condition or deny the applicat~on. Any <br />interested person who disagrees with the Director's decision mav <br />request that the application be considered by the Marion Country <br />Rearings Officer after a public hearing. The applicant may also <br />request reconsideration on the basis of new information subj(~ct <br />to signing a WaiVer of the !20 day time limit for review of <br />zoning applications. <br /> <br />A public hearing is held on appeals subject to the appellant <br />paying a $25.00 fee. The purpose of this <br />designation and the corresponding EFU (EXCLUSIVE FARM USE) <br />Zone is to promote the continuation of commercial agricul- <br />tura.% and forestry operations· A temporary mobile home <br />under hardship conditions may be approved as a conditional <br />use provided the need is justified and the residence wil.] <br />not have a detrimental impact upon the existing or potential <br />farthing and timber activity in the area. <br /> <br />The property is located on the south side of Mill Creek <br />Road, approximately 1,000 feet southwest of Aumsvl.lic. <br /> <br />Surrounding uses are predomlnately commercial farm parcels. <br />All surrounding properties are in the EFU zone. <br /> <br />The Soil Conservation Service has identified Class iii and <br />iV soils on the property. <br /> <br />A signed Physician's Certificate has been submitted for <br />Shirley Johnson indicating she has medical conditions that <br />preclude her from maintaining a complete separate and <br />detached dwelling apart from hcr family. <br /> <br /> <br />
