This serves to notify the applicant <br /> and occupants that there are farm or timber opcrations <br /> nearby and that a compatible relationship is necessary to <br /> promote the continuation of the commercial farm or timber <br /> opera%lions i~ the area. To f~lrther minimize potential <br /> conflicts, a i00 foot dweillnq setback is typically required <br /> adjacent to farm parcels.
