While there are a few small parcels between the subject property and Ehlen Road the majority of the land in the area is in large farm holdings. The placement of this additional dwelling, given that two dwellings already exist could set a precedent that could materially alter the stability of the overall land use pattern of the area. Although it does appear that Mr. and Mrs. Martil]a have medical conditions that require periodic care and attention the placement of a third dwelling to accommodate this need has not been justified. The second dwelling was placed on the property to allow for a family member to provide assistance in the maintenance of the farm. It is not clear why the residents of this second dwelling could not also provide assistance to their parents when needed. 10.
